Ministry
of Environment ( MoE) is the Indonesian government bodies in charge of
the affairs of both biotic and abiotic environment so that no impairment
or extinct . Changes
in the natural environment by humans need to be analyzed separately
using the Environmental Impact Assessment on the monitor directly by the
government and the Ministry of Forestry . Natural environment if it is damaged can not be repaired , if at all will take a long time . Environment
needs special handling in its management especially in the current era
of industrialization such as , for example damage to mangrove ecosystems
where fish reproduction and growth will affect the productivity of the
local community .
